Lard Butt Policies

Return Policy:

Lard Butt LLC will accept any new, unused items for return within 30 days of the original delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. In such cases, Lard Butt  LLC  will pay the return shipping. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.

 

Out-of-Stock Policy:

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock.

In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

 

Refund Policy:

Lard Butt LLC will issue a full refund for new, unused items - shipping to you in the same manner in which the original purchase was paid.  You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of placing your package with the return shipper (please see address under 'exchanges' below) and in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.  This 30-day time period includes the time needed for the shipper to deliver the package to Lard Butt LLC, the time it takes Lard Butt LLC to process your return once we have received it, and the time it takes your financial institution to process our refund request.  NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.

 

Exchanges:

Should you wish to exchange an item, please return the new, unused product(s) to Lard Butt LLC within 30 days of the original delivery  date.  Please enclose your original packing slip, along with a note detailing what item(s) you wish to exchange for. Lard Butt LLC will pay the shipping on the new item(s). The customer is responsible for the return shipping to us.

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you have placed with Lard Butt LLC, you must contact customer support
by email (customersupport@lardbutt.com) or by phone (1-888-247-8046).

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name,
order number, and your contact information.  Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
