Is an 11 hour tennis match too much for a Lard Butt?

This week's Wimbledon tennis match between John Isner and Nicolas Mahut lasted a record 11 hours and 5 minutes.  The theme of this new comic is if that is too long a time for a Lard Butt athlete to compete.  My guess is yes.
